Had the privilege to work with Johnson and Justin. They took care of business and made the transition go smooth. They communicated upfront and helped meet my requests. Would definitely recommend.

I would highly recommend someone else! First off they took twice the time it took myself & my wife to move in & to move out of our previous & that current location. They were VERY relaxed in moving. My wife had two of her friends with her & they said the exact same thing. Also one of the movers got "smart" with my wife friend, I believe his name was chandler, chance or something like that. When I called to speak with management he was VERY RUDE! On top of that they don't really have "upper management". They have something like a regional director that are like oversees. When I expressed my concern he called me a liar about the amount of time in which they were taking & instead of trying to resolve he said: "did you want to just cancel. I can call my guys & tell them to unpack everything & leave". What type of "management" does that. I just left it alone because I needed the move THAT day. The ONLY good thing was after the 1st move management send additional guys to help to speed up the process(to the moved location). The question is why couldn't this had been done from the BEGINNING.....oh I know why because management said that he thought " I was trying to get a discount". I'm not sure if this was because of my "race" or what. Last but not least they damaged some of my furniture! I don't know if the other reviews are PAID but my other experiences with OTHER movers have been GREAT!.....I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANOTHER COMPANY ***FYI this is not a previous discruntal employer or anything but a REAL previous customer**
The movers were very efficient and careful. No damage found on furniture. They appeared to take care in securing all items in the van tightly.
Motivated Movers moved us from our home to an apartment 10 months ago and then from the apartment to a new home earlier this month. Both times, the crews assigned to our move were prompt, professional, courteous, careful, hardworking, and positive. The communication with the office and on-site crews was great. We couldn't be happier and will definitely use them again, though we hope we won't be moving again anytime soon!
