Incredible customer service and help. When I picked up, the rep was thorough in discussing the process, and anything existing on the vehicle. The vehicle itself was exactly what I needed.
Absolutely the worst rental experience ever. Reserved a vehicle three weeks ahead of time, confirmed a week before and confirmed again the day before. You have to call 2 or 3 times before anyone answers the phone. The day of reservation I called and was asked if I would take a "full size" car instead of the small SUV I requested; I accepted and the man showed up in Ford Fusion. Long story short....the car reeked of cigarette smoke and when I advised them they were rude, refused to pick up the car 1 hour before they closed, and I then got pulled over by the police for an expired tag! Was hung up on and told corporate didn't care what they did.
10/10 will rent a vehicle from Hertz again.

This location is HORRIBLE! Getting the car took 45 minutes and we were the only customers. Then when we went to return the car there was no one there to help us. There was a man that just started and he said the guy training him left. The whole process took us an hour and a phone call to hertz 1800 number to return the car. Just go to Enterprise.
I have always had very good service here. My wife was with me this time and was amazed at how fast it took for me to walk in and walk back out. Chris had all my stuff and it took no time to get on the road. The car was also very nice and we enjoyed the ride.
When I returned the vehicle I was helped by Jasmine, who was truly an incredible help. She, too, was thorough and helpful. She was friendly, efficient, and answered all the questions I had about the return of the vehicle.
