Although I've lived in three different areas of Birmingham in the past 5 years I still choose this location to get my rentals. I travel a lot, but this location in particular is always swift and genuine. I've used them over 7 times so far and I've not had a bad experience yet! I will choose this location as long as I am in Birmingham.
UPDATE: JD called and emailed me two days after I wrote this. They’re reimbursing me for the money I spent out of pocket and are replacing the part that melted on my converter because the tech didn’t put it in properly. I appreciated the quick response from Enterprise in general and then JD taking care of my issue. The willingness to right this wrong was very nice to see. Will I recommend this dealership? Probably not, but I will say they are quick to right their wrongs and Enterprise will want to keep JD around because he has great customer service.
Awesome experience throughout. They picked me up and brought me to the facility. Had my car in five minutes and I left. A few days later I dropped the car off and they dropped me back off at my destination. Everything went smoothly

After checking the prices on all of the major car rental agencies, we went with Enterprise in Pelham. They had a substantially lower price for the week of Thanksgiving. Ashley went above and beyond: offering us the option of picking it up early at a reduced rate because of the holiday to calling to tell us our drop off return checked out and giving us the total cost that would be on our credit card...we never had a courtesy call like this before. WE WILL NEVER EVEN LOOK AT ANOTHER COMPANY AGAIN. We will ALWAYS go to Enterprise in Pelham! Keep up the good work, Ashley!
So as I write this up, I am sitting in a Jeep service center having to replace a part for my 2016 Jeep Compass I bought on the 6th of this month. I'm having to shell out 75 dollars WITH my warranty I got from my bank (thank god). I was waiting a month to post a review about them. I'm glad I did. My sales person was okay, a little pushy and I had taken my stuff from my car by myself which I thought wasn't very professional with the fact that she didn't ask me if I needed help but then came a little after probably because I was taking long. The finance manager Keith, was also just okay, he was nice at first but then I had called him about a bill of sale without the warranty (which he didn't mention was optional at first, but then I read down at the bottom that it was and asked him about it. He agreed it was but it felt he did so begrudgingly). Once I asked for the bill of sale without a warranty he said "oh so you don't want to protect your vehicle". I didn't appreciate that but he said he would fax it over to me (being that I live 2 hours away). Never faxed it. Called again, he was out of the office. Called once more and got J.D. Very nice manager, professional and was able to fax it. Which is why I'm giving this place 2 stars instead of 1. I'm just wondering why a diagnostic wasn't run before I bought this vehicle. The sheet they gave me when they had checked the vehicle out was done in the beginning of July. So not very recent. Without that warranty I'd be paying 300 dollars. NOT OKAY. Especially since I've had my car for only 12 DAYS. This will be my first and LAST Enterprise purchase and will probably go with Hertz rental cars if I ever need one. This left a very bad taste in my mouth.
