Great staff always willing to take care of you and your animals. Pricing is very affordable and accommodating. Never felt worried while one of my animals was in their care.
We have used North Shelby as our vet when we got our first pug and that was nine years ago. We then got our second pug from Alabama Pug Rescue. They have always been there for us through a serious illness Sasha had and recovered from. Our pugs love to go see the vet, which lets you know they are a great team. I would never even consider using someone else. You can't go wrong with North Shelby.
These people are amazing! They are also accommodating for emergencies, which is very reassuring. Their communication is excellent. Recently, I had to work late on the day my 15 year-old dog was having a procedure done. The procedure required full anesthesia, and I was so nervous that I cried in the car after I dropped him off. A couple of hours later, I got a call from them that he was out of surgery and doing great! Later that night, my friend picked him up for me, received the care and follow-up instructions, AND THEN Dr. Jordan called me to make sure I understood everything and to see if I had any questions! This is just one example of the wonderful treatment I've received from them over the years!
Very friendly people. Fast service. They really care about my pets and are gentle and supportive to them. I call with panicky questions frequently and they're always understanding and knowledgeable and ask the veterinarian when they need to. Best vet I've ever used!
