Waiter brought my order to me THEN said they were out of one of the sides I ordered. Same with my grandson. My husband's order came out incomplete as well as my daughter-in-law. Several other things also. We go to Cracker Barrels all the time. I did bring this to the manager's attention. This was the worst experience we've ever had. We got an apology from the manager. I think we should have gotten a discount if not a fee meal. It was 7 at our table. Four of us had imperfections. I tip according to service. And it being the Christmas season, I tend to be extra generous. Needless to say, this Waiter missed out on what could have been a $15 tip.

Staff was courteous, friendly and professional,good food and good selection in menus this also includes breakfast. The store has nice selection of gifts at reasonable prices.
Friendly staff. Great food. Amazing atmosphere. Reasonable waiting time. Very great place in general. There biscuits are amazing.
Our waiter was nice enough, but inexperienced. Kitchen slow, but waiter was kind to being us a plate of biscuits and cornbread. Chicken and dumplings were gummy. Chicken had a nice flavor and was tender. Broccoli was a little burned. Hamburger was okay. Cracker Barrel food didn't live up to our expectations tonight.
We absolutely loved our visit. We're local and come about twice a month. Menu includes many choices and healthy choices as well. Store has standard C.B. shopping area. Nice store manager. If Bri is working that day she's on top of it. Only down side to visit is men's restroom sink sensors are going bad it's a process to get clean hands. Keep up the great work !
