They frequently misdeliver my mail to other addresses or fail to deliver it at all. The most recent nonsense is failure to deliver a package with the tracking code "No access." Really? A standard residential street address with no access just one day out of the year? Absurd. Some research indicates that's the code used for "it was raining" (it was) or "I didn't want to get out of the truck" or any other reason they have for skipping a delivery, or perhaps later realizing they forgot something. At least this time there was a code. Normally there's no explanation at all. I've lived in many places, and this post office is the worst I've ever experienced.
I hope he gets untreatable diarrhea .
I have never been in a situation where someone refused to help me.
Won't answer the phone. Can't give me info on my package. Told me it's my fault it came to the wrong post office. Done with USPS. Paid money to have it shipped quickly and still have no idea where my order is. Horrible.
Horrible! The mail delivery person left a letter in my mailbox stating they had missed me and that my certified package would be delivered back to the post office. The delivery person did not attempt to knock on my door, ring my doorbell or even blow the horn to alert me they were outside. I tried to call the post office once I received the notification to which I received a message that the hold time would be greater than one hour. Today I went to pick up my package at the post office. I was the first person there out of six people ( I was the last of the six people to leave. Four of the six people had complaints. )The guy took my notification and returned 20 minutes later to tell me there was not a package for me there. Obviously there is a package because I am holding the notification in my hand that was left in my mailbox Saturday. He alerted the Post Master and after 45 minutes of waiting for my package I finally had it in hand. Unorganized...not to mention all the many times the mail delivery person leaves a neighbors mail in my box or vice versa. We are always having to deliver each others mail to one another in my neighborhood.
Nice place! I love it good service
I usually use UPS but for some reason I decided to drive further and use the USPS. I was treated in such a rude manner by "Ron" . Never having experience with packaging he not only would not give me a little help when I asked for it, he told me "customers are supposed to do their own packing". He handed me a heavy tool that dispenses tape and pointed to the area where labels, etc. are. I was the only customer in the store mind you, until another lady came in who offered me help and then I was able to finish my process.
No wonder this office has such a poor rating.
