Ed helped us get ready for inspection and he is extremely personable. It was a joy each time he came to work on our house. He is very fair and my parents and mother in law have used him too with great results.

Mr. Hancock was fast, prompt and professional. The prices were fair. Six months later, we haven't had a problem with it. I'm about to call Mr. Hancock again to fix a clogged trash compactor (ew). *Am* doing business with him again and would not hesitate to recommend. Heck, I'm recommending him now.
