I could not ask for a better place with better people. All the therapists at Therapy South in Pelham are extremely knowledgeable in their profession and truly care about each person under their care. I have needed physical therapy on more than one occasion. The first time I needed physical therapy was after my first ACL (right leg) surgery with another company. I did not get the care needed to regain the strength in my quadricep. After my second ACL (left leg) surgery I went to Therapy South in Pelham. They were able to regain all my muscle weakness in my left leg and were able to regain most of my left leg strength. I have returned for knee pain/arthritis and for neck/shoulder pain. The therapists continually learn new approaches to help facilitate strength and healing. I love the fact that they teach you the proper ways to do the exercises needed for strength and conditioning and now have an app that helps keep me on track between visits. I am also very thankful that they have extensive knowledge in dry needling and scraping. I am willing to put in the hard work and look for alternative methods of healing without the use of pain medications or surgery and with them I have been able to avoid both. I am eternally thankful to Nathan, Daniel, Melissa, Melanie, Scott, and Stone. In addition, you can not find someone more accommodating with schedules than their office coordinator, Dawn. There have been many times I have gone into Therapy South frowning but every time I leave I have left with a smile on my face.

I am writing to give huge thanks to Amanda Elliott at your Pelham office. She is just the best. Not only is she very patient oriented knowledgeable about the therapy she uses with patients but she is so well experienced in fitting the therapy/routine to meet the needs of the individual. After a few weeks I am significantly improved and will continue the exercise routine she designed for me at home.

Nathan and his staff are some of the most professional, compassionate people I have ever met.
