Sat there for an hour today. (Was 40 minutes about a week ago) Wasn't greeted any during that time or asked what I needed. Regulars (I assume) walked in after me and were taken right away. Maybe they had appointments. Have never been in such a place that was so dead set on not serving a customer.
All they do is sit there and talk bad about customers. The last time I went they were complaining about clients not making appointments. They fail to realize that like them most of us work and sometimes we can't predict the days off therefore we walk in. Worst customer service I have encountered. I am taking my business elsewhere.
