While waiting at the order machine the manager came over and I asked if I void get a quick rinse instead of the ultimate (my monthly payment program) and then come back for the ultimate wash. He said he would program it and that it wouldn't be a problem and he let me through.
Got the $20 lava bath. It did a pretty good job. Vacuums worked great. My truck is new again after a weeks vacation. I'll definitely come back!
I then walked over to the manager and told him "cancel my membership" and that I would be informing the BBB on Monday!
Been a paid member for quite a while, however this past weekend was forced to cancel my membership.
Easy to get in and out. Plus 29.99 for twice a day all month car wash, heck yeah!
I said "what part of unlimited does your contract not uphold", he said "we consider once a day as unlimited", I then replied "this is misleading and deceptive, I have had no problems going through multiple times in the past, but always under the ultimate car wash that I pay for". He said I had to pay.
Marc-1 Car Wash is the best. I'm there once, twice weekly. I pay the monthly fee which allows me to pull up without the hastle of paying each time I wash. They have most what you need to wash your vehicle including bug wash, drying towels, window cleaner, mat cleaners and free vacuuming with a paid car wash. Oh yeah, the staff is courteous too.
I went through the wash and pulled back up to the machine so I could get my normal ultimate wash. After waiting the machine screen read "sorry this account number has reached its maximum number of washes". I was livid since I pay monthly for "unlimited" washes. I finally walked over and one of the attendants said " I can allow you in, if you want yo pay for the additional wash".
It's a shame I wasted months being a premium member of this car wash, too bad they don't know the definition of "unlimited" as per our contract.
This place used to be pretty good. Lately they have become pretty slack. Several of the vacuums don't work, sometimes the attendant sprays the front of your car sometimes not, they offer towels to customers except when they don't..I would check out some other places.
